DCP is an isomer of DOP and also a bio-based DOP. It exhibits excellent compatibility with PVC and other polymers, maintaining good processing performance across temperature ranges. Its unique branched-chain structure maintains outstanding flexibility even in low-temperature environments, with a glass transition temperature as low as -45°C, making it particularly suitable for outdoor PVC products in cold regions. Additionally, its extremely low volatility —mass loss rate at 160°C processing temperature is less than half that of traditional DOP —effectively reduces odor and VOC emissions during production.
