In October 2026, Shandong Changxing completed a 110-metric-ton shipment of ethylene glycol (MEG) for an antifreeze and coolant producer in Eastern Europe. Wansheng's Recycled-PET DOTP Project Named a Shandong Standardization Pilot
Shandong's market regulation and development-and-reform authorities put Jining Wansheng Environmental's waste-PET-to-DOTP recycling model into the 2026 provincial standardization pilot program (green low-carbon field) - item 6 of 10, and the only waste-plastics entry. The pilot runs 2027-2028 and must deliver a standard system for PET recycling, industry-scale standard proposals, and a replicable working model.

Wansheng Phase II Commissioned: 180,000 Tonnes/Year of Plasticizer Capacity at Wansheng
Jining Wansheng Environmental Materials, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Changxing Plastic Additives, has commissioned its Phase II project, adding 100,000 tonnes/year of plasticizer capacity on top of Phase I's 80,000 tonnes/year. Wansheng now runs 180,000 tonnes/year, and together with the Changxing headquarters site's 50,000 tonnes/year as per environmental approval, the group's existing plasticizer capacity is 230,000 tonnes/year - giving global PVC manufacturers more supply headroom.
